Interdisciplinary Degrees, Interdisciplinary Schools, Interdisciplinary Programs
With an Associate’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies you will have completed your “core courses” for a bachelors and can pursue a career in Accounting, Financial Services, Information Technology or Teaching. You can choose to focus on an area of study that best fits your career and educational goals. You may qualify for an Entry Level position in some of these fields or you may wish to continue on and complete a Bachelors Degree in a specific professional field.
A Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies will qualify you as a lower level administrator in any number of fields. There are a number of professional areas such as Marketing, Research, Corporate Sales and Human Services where significant numbers of recent college graduates are hired and essentially learn the particulars of the position on the job.
The assumption is that someone with the foundation that Interdisciplinary Studies gives you will qualify you for Management or Administrative Training – it just depends on where you submit your resume. And the interview, of course.
